Sadly, Wayne passed away in 2014, but the legacy of Static-X lives on through their loyal fans and the band’s impressive discography, which continues to inspire and entertain new generations of metalheads.

Statix-X headlined the Nu Metal show at The King of Clubs on March 30, while the remaining lineup was full of talent. Fear Factory is an American industrial metal band formed in 1989. They are known for their innovative blend of heavy metal, industrial, and electronic music, and their politically charged lyrics that address themes of technology, society, and human nature. Dope is an American heavy metal band formed in 1997. They are known for their aggressive, industrial-tinged sound and provocative lyrics that explore themes of addiction, rebellion, and the darker side of human experience. Twiztid is an American hip hop duo formed in 1997. Known for their horrorcore style and theatrical live performances, their music often explores dark and twisted themes, such as murder, mental illness, and the supernatural. Cultus Black is an aggressive hard-hitting music project that identifies itself as a cult. Their music is unapologetic and intense, yet it is often marked with mesmerizing melodies that could draw in even the most cynical listener.
